We live in a society now that sits for everything. We sit at work, in our car, and at home flipping through Netflix until we watch "The Office" again. Our bodies were designed to move. Group training is not only a way to help you towards your fitness goals but you get to train longer for less money than you would in a one on one setting. You also get to meet other people on a similar journey as you. Small group training isn't like going to an aerobics class that the instructor doesn't even know your name or what your goals are. It's working with an adaptable Strength and Conditioning coach. A coach that will adapt the workout based on your individual wants and needs instead of dancing around on a stage saying follow me. You also have a coach invested in your goals and a community of people that give a shit about you.
