Fitness Timeline

You know you won’t earn a degree in a few months. You understand it takes time to pay off your a mortgage. You don’t expect to retire after a week of working. Stop Being So Hard On Yourself When It Takes Months Or Even Years To Reach Your Fitness Goals.


Fitness is simple but definitely not easy. Even if you magical knew every detail you needed to in order to be set on the right path towards your goals; you’re human and life happens.


You have a job, family, & other obligations that take up your time. There are other stresses that are included in your life that give extra hurdles to jump while also trying to work on your fitness. You also have to eat and food is pretty damn good.


Don’t stop aiming for your ultimate fitness goals. However, Working on the small steps & staying consistent until they become a habit will be the best way to get you there. You don’t need to be perfect at everything right out of the gate.

Small but consistent changes over time lead to huge results.


What are some small & easy changes that will help you gain ground?


•Go to bed at a decent hour

•Eat more veggies

•Include protein in every meal

•Drink water

•Get a active movement in daily, no matter how much time or what it is. Just stay consistent. A 10 minute walk might not be as good as a 60 minute weight training session but it’s better than nothing at all. It also keeps you in the habit of something.


If you have an ok day or even a shit day with applying small habits, do better tomorrow. Don’t let one day lead to another or “I’ll start again next week”.


Fitness is simple but this shit isn’t easy but most things in life doing aren’t. Don’t ever stop. Fitness opens up doors to live your life better in so many areas. You should be in this for the long haul.
